1. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY

a. Listen to Wired 996.5 for the cue to call in to win in the 8:00AM hour. The 96th caller, or the first eligible caller after the 96th if that caller is ineligible, will win. b. Beginning with the 9:00AM hour, and each hour following, the 96th caller will have to give the name of the preceding hour’s winner to win. If the 96th caller does not know the previous hour’s winner’s name, Wired 96.5 will continue to take callers until the prize is awarded. c. The contest will be played each hour from the 8:00am and the 5:00pm hour Monday, July 16 through Friday, July 20, 2012. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS a. This contest is open to all WRDW (Wired 96.5) listeners who are 21 years of age or older and who are legal US residents and reside in the eight county, greater Philadelphia metro. Must possess a valid, government-issued ID. b. Employees of Wired 96.5, its licensee, its parent corporation, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Philadelphia metro area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. (“Immediate family members" includes parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses). c. Listeners are eligible to win a Wired 96.5 contest only once every 30 days and a major prize valued at $2,500 or more, only once per calendar year. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. 3. PRIZES a. Fifty (50) First Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize shall be awarded. b. First Prize consists of a pair of pair of tickets to see Wiz Khalifa & Mac Miller at the Susquehanna Bank Center on August 3, 2012. Prize does not include transportation or parking. c. Grand Prize winner will receive a Bud Light Port Paradise Cruise for two. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest winner’s residence to city of port (Cape Canaveral or Miami, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion), transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy ship accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (two [2] Crew members are required to share one [1] cabin as defined below), all inclusive food, select beverages and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a two (2) day private concert. Winner must travel on the itinerary and on the Cruise dates of 11/16/12 – 11/19/12. d. Winner and guest must travel together. Guest must be at least 21 years old. e. Winner and guest are responsible for any and all documentation required to cruise. Winner and guest must each have a valid passport upon boarding the ship. must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (i.e. driver's license or passport) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Any additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. f. Winner must comply with terms and conditions of contest sponsor, complete requirements at http://budlightportparadise.com/ g. All prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of Wired 96.5, 555 East City Avenue, Suite 330, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, Monday-Friday, between 9:00AM and 5:00PM. h. Winners have thirty days in which to claim a prize following notification. Any prize not claimed within the allotted time will be considered forfeited and become the property of Wired 96.5. Concert tickets must be claimed by 5:00 p.m. of performance day or they become the property of Wired 96.5. i. Winners must claim his or her prize in person, and a prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner. j. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. 1. SELECTION OF WINNERS a. Grand Prize shall be awarded through a random drawing at 6:00PM July 20, 2012 from all First Prize winners. Winner shall be notified by phone. b. If the winner cannot be contacted by phone within one hour of drawing another winner can be selected at random at Wired 96.5’s discretion. c. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final. 2. CONDITIONS a. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions. b. Wired 96.5 cannot be held responsible for allegations of telephone malfunctions. Wired 96.5 is not responsible for callers lost or disconnected before completing his or her prize claim. When a caller is lost or disconnected prior to broadcast, Wired 96.5 can, at its discretion, select the next eligible caller received to win/participate. Wired 96.5 is not responsible for any lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer or telephone transmissions, equipment or other technical failure or service interruptions. The station is not responsible for any carrier or server delays or failures. c. Taxes and Liability: Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Contest winnings will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and winners can expect to receive a 1099 tax form for prizes which total more than $600 for the year. EVR of First Prize is $60, Grand Prize cruise trip valued each at $190.00 and each flight at aprox. $296. d. By participating in the contest, contestant agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation. e. By participating in the contest, contestant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wired 96.5, its licensee, affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, sponsors, agents and all others connected with them and the contest from any and all liability, claims, actions and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the contest and the receipt and use of any prize awarded (if any) through such contest arising in any manner whatsoever. f. Contest winners will be selected and notified of their prize in the manner announced by the Station. Contest winners (and their guests or travel companions, if any) may be required, in Station’s sole discretion, to sign a liability release and a publicity release. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold Station, its licensee, parents, affiliates, assigns, successors and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest. Any person who refuses to sign the release will forfeit any and all prizes. g. Wired 96.5 will be excused from its obligation to air the contest if its performance is delayed or prevented due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, public enemies, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, hurricanes, explosion, labor disputes or strikes, and any acts by any governmental authority. h. Wired 96.5, its licensee, affiliates, parents, assigns and successors are not responsible for failure to conduct or for alterations to the contest due to circumstances beyond the control of any such entity. i. Decisions of Wired 96.5 management with respect to the contest are final. j. Station reserves the right to end a contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air or publication at Station’s website. k. Station reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement. l. Station is not responsible for any prizes or certificates lost or stolen after the winner has claimed them from the station. m. Prizes are awarded ‘as is’ with no guarantees or warranties as to use. Acceptance of a prize releases Station, its sponsors and advertisers from all liability and claims concerning the prize, its delivery, and its use. n. Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize. The Station is not responsible for (i) lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries; (ii) telephone or mobile service outages, delays, busy signals, facsimile transmission errors, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call or from sending a text message (if applicable, message and data rates may apply, and the Station is not responsible for any fees incurred by an entrant for this method of entry); (iii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technical difficulties. o. By participating in this contest, listeners agree to be bound by these rules. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Station. p. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any online entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. q. Any materials submitted become the property of Wired 96.5 and will not be returned. r. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited. Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state and local laws. s.
