Ice Cube's Son To Play Him In Bio-Flick
In the 1980s, N.W.A. and gangster rap busted onto the scene with their "Straight Outta Compton" mentality so it's only fitting that 25 years later, their story gets told in film.
According to The Boombox, Ice cube (whose producing the flick) has gotten F. Gary Gray (Friday) to direct "Straight Outta Compton", the story of how 5 brothers from the hood started a world-wide phenomenon known as Gangster Rap and helped bring it to the mainstream. Ice Cube also claims his son will play him in the movie, the LA rapper/actor/producer states "I'ma give him a shot, see what he can do."
Do you think his son can pull of this look...

Idk about you, but I couldn't be more pumped for this movie to happen! Ever since I was 12, I wanted to be a gangster rapper from Compton. Now that I'm old enough to know that's not the reality, it'll be fun to live vicariously through these guys in the movie!
Filming is set to begin this Fall. -@BusterRadio
