Who hasn't snuck booze into a water bottle with a fruity drink in their day? Especially when you're trying to sneek it into a concert or a spot where you're probably not supposed to be drinking (we don't advise or condone this behavior, we just know people do it.) However, if you've been through as many issues revolving around substance abuse as Lindsay Lohan has, you might want to be careful about having those bottles of "undercover-booze" in your car.

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan crashed her porsche into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway and when the cops searched Lindsay's vehicle they discovered a bottle in her trunk that "contains alcohol". Since she passed a sobriety test and it's not a crime to carry open-alcohol in your trunk she was let go.

Update: Micheal Lohan came on Chio, Shila, & Tingle's show this morning and explained how the cops admitted to scooping up debris along the scene of Lindsay's crash and place it in her trunk, (including the bottle of alcohol.) Micheal say's Lindsay is indeed innocent and on top of her game.
